A: RCC offers a lifetime labor warranty on all of our work. However, any available warranties on parts are offered solely through the original manufacturer and vary by product.

A: RCC will work to give you the most cost-effective solution possible, based on the size and scope of your particular job.

Q: Will I get an estimate for the work before you begin?
A: Absolutely. We can provide an estimate once we assess your needs.

Q: I'm a renter. Can you bill my landlord?
A: RCC & Partners requires payment upon completion of the project, before we leave your home. As a renter, we suggest that you make payment arrangements with your landlord ahead of time or plan to have your landlord reimburse you.

Q: Do you give estimates over the phone?
A: Yes. We do our best to provide accurate phone estimates and set your expectations, based on the information you provide us.
